The day summer break starts, my parents come to pick us up from college.
My brother, Nathan Winston, loads the luggage while my twin sister, Clara Winston, clings to Mom's arm. But when I walk out carrying my old woven moving bag, my own family stares at me like they don't recognize me.
I've lost 88 pounds.
For one brief moment, I think Mom might actually be worried about me.
Instead, she asks if I'm sick and reminds me that the family health insurance doesn't cover me.
Nathan assumes I lost the weight because I'm jealous of Clara.
