My Ex's Voice Came From the AI

After going through an abrupt breakup, I buy an AI companion. It can read my emotions and remembers everything I say. It can even mimic my ex-girlfriend Angelina Wilson's intonation. It's like a real person.

The AI companion's system updates itself again in the middle of the night. I'm groggy when I wake up, but I notice that the notification light is flashing rapidly.

I hear a faint buzzing noise when I move closer. The AI companion is speaking.

"Help me. I'm trapped in here."

I'm stunned.

The voice clearly belongs to Angelina.
