Just seconds after texting me a sweet, teasing emoji to beg for attention, Chelsea posted a TikTok.
In the video, she was sitting on the back of a tricked-out electric scooter, her arms wrapped tightly around some bleach-blonde punk's waist, laughing with a wild, unfiltered abandonment I'd never seen from her before.
"Is this ride custom, babe? What’s the zero-to-sixty?" she asked, her voice breathless over the wind.
