My Secret Crush Became a Rockstar (And He Remembered Me)

In my sophomore year of high school, during the second year of my massive crush on Liam, I transferred schools.

That year, I hadn't even managed to tell him my name.

Years later, he became a household name, a massive pop star. And supposedly, he was still sweetly in love with his high school girlfriend, the former prom queen.

When we crossed paths again, I lowered my head in disappointment, but he called out to me.

"Maya Lin."

"Long time no see."
