The Final Straw: The Passenger Seat

In the fifth year of our marriage, I asked Liam for a divorce.

The reason was that I found potato chip crumbs in his passenger seat.

And he had never, ever allowed me to eat in his car.

He looked at me with sheer disdain. "Just because of this?"

This time, I didn't back down and apologize like I usually did.

I just looked at him, completely serious.
